Express Hot Yoga Class is the same as the Traditional Hot Yoga Series, but offered in a 50-minute format. It includes all twenty-six postures and two breathing exercises and is taught in a heated room. This beginners’ therapeutic series of yoga was designed to allow more people to practice hot yoga more often.

Express Hot Yoga Class (50 Minutes)

Inspired by the "Bikram Method," this class is the same sequence of postures and heated environment that you have grown to love, but shortened to 50 minutes (Warm-up/Standing Series: 30-minutes & Floor Series: 20-minutes). This is the perfect class for those starting or maintaining a hot yoga practice - the class provides the maximum benefits of the "Bikram Method" in the shortest amount of time.
